In a surprising twist to the Nido Tania death case, latest reports have suggested that the 20-year-old student from Arunachal Pradesh might not have died from the wounds sustained during the altercation with a shopkeeper in Lajpat Nagar in Delhi. CNN IBN says that the post mortem report has not provided conclusive evidence that could pin the cause of death on the injuries received during the attack.
A report on IBN Live says:
"Doctors have found cuts on fingers, abrasions on Taniam's body and swelling on his neck. However, doctors say abrasions and cuts could not have caused Taniam's death. They add that they are still unsure of what caused swelling on his neck."
Sources have said that a viscera report will confirm the exact cause of his death.
