"We submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister seeking immediate permanent status to the daily wager safai karamcharis, beldars and employees working in other departments of the corporations," NDMC said in a statement. They also alleged large-scale corruption in the Corporation under the BJP-rule during the last seven years.

"BJP is involved in nepotism...The party has sidelined all rules and regulations in giving contracts, making purchases and taking other decisions," the memorandum said.

The three Congress leaders requested the Chief Minister to announce regularisation of daily wagers and contractual employees working in all three corporations, the statement said.

"AAP had promised to remove corruption from the Delhi Government departments and all three Corporations. We hope it will investigate these matters. We also assure full cooperation from our side," Goel said.
